  4. Supervise the Project Development Officer and Admin Aide of the project, in meeting their targets and outputs;
  5. Produce necessary administrative and financial documents needed for the project;
  6. Coordinate and regularly meet with the PSRTI Research Division staff to ensure smooth implementation of the project;
