Responsibilities

The RESEARCH FELLOW is tasked to do the following:

  1. Review and provide inputs on the following existing documents for the research study on Determining the Minimum Wage of Domestic Workers in the Philippines:
    1. Research paper on the first phase of the study which contains the proposed conceptual and empirical frameworks in determining the minimum wage of domestic workers; and
    2. Research proposal on the second phase of the study which will utilize data from the October 2019 LFS – Kasambahay Rider Module;
  2. Review and provide inputs on the draft and final research papers;
  3. Engage in meetings with the PSRTI Research Team and the NWPC that are necessary for the improvement of the conceptual and empirical frameworks, and other results of the study;
  4. Participate in the presentation of the results of the study to the NWPC and other stakeholders; and
  5. Maintain close coordination with the PSRTI Research Team during the conduct of the study.
Deliverables

The RESEARCH FELLOW is expected to submit the following:

  2. Draft Technical Report – Contains preliminary documentation of fieldwork;
  3. Final Technical Report – Contains final documentation of fieldwork.
