The PSRTI successfully conducted the virtual Regular Training Course (RTC) on Strategic Insights: Gender Statistics for All via Zoom from June 23-27, 2025. The Resource Persons were Ms. Carmelita N. Ericta, Prof. Roselle V. Collado, Ms. Jazel Ann R. Raper, and Ms. Carmela T. Arabis.

A total of 14 participants joined the sessions, which was designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to use gender statistics effectively in understanding and addressing inequalities between women and men in various sectors, and to promote evidence-based, inclusive policy making. Participants engaged in lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities that focused on gender data, indicators, analysis, and their application to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and policy development.

Supporting the event as training coordinators were Ms. Jazel Ann R. Raper and Ms. Carmela T. Arabis, who ensured the smooth flow of the program throughout the five days. This course exemplifies PSRTI’s commitment to building the capacity of stakeholders in utilizing gender statistics for informed decision-making and fostering inclusive development.
