Despite the disruptions caused by Typhoon Carina, 48 participants from various private and government agencies successfully completed the Regular Training Course (RTC) on Foundations of Insight: Data Analytics Using Descriptive Statistics at the PSRTI Conference Hall. The course, held on July 22, 23, 29, and 30, 2024, was conducted by Mr. George Ringo Manapat from the University of the Philippines Diliman School of Statistics (UPSS).
