STEPS IN ENROLLMENT

Below is the step-by-step guide on how to enroll to our online training courses. For questions or clarifications, kindly contact the Training Division through the PSRTI Messenger or via landline at (632) 8929-7543.

Note: Make sure to follow all the steps below in order to complete enrollment. Participants who are not registered through OTRS, even with full payment of applicable training fees, are not considered officially enrolled.

STEP 1: CHECK SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY OF COURSE

Kindly check the 2025 Regular Training Calendar (on this page) for both Online and Face-to-face for the schedule of the training course you wish to enroll in. You may also want to take note of any alternative schedules as training course slots fill up quickly.

STEP 2: REGISTER

Register for a training course through the PSRTI’s Online Training Registration System (OTRS).

Click here if you are a new user.
Click here if you already have an existing account.

Once logged in, go to Our Courses and click Enroll in the course you wish to enroll in. An email will be sent to your registered email account confirming enrollment and outlining payment details.

Note: If the training course you wish to enroll in no longer appears among the options, slots for that training course have already been filled.

STEP 3: SLOT RESERVATION

Reserve your training slot by paying the applicable training fee at least seven (7) days before the training date. Payment options are:

  • in-person to the PSRTI Cashier (Address is found at our Contact page)
  • through bank deposit to PSRTI’s LBP account (more details below)
  • processed by the participant’s Finance Office

Secure a valid proof of payment as noted in the list of requirements. For in-person payment, cash or checks are accepted. The PSRTI will issue an official receipt upon payment. Note: LDDAP-ADA and bank deposits/fund transfers will require additional steps before processing by the PSRTI and will depend on the participant and/or participant’s agency’s requirements and procedures. IMPORANT: Only the above options for payment are honored by the PSRTI. We will never ask for payment via other channels such as GCash nor do we send emails with links that redirect to payment portals. BEWARE OF PHISHING!

STEP 4: PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Submit proof of payment and participant information to PSRTI:

  • For in-person cash/check payment: Proceed to the Training Division or email the proof of payment, agency name, and names of covered participants to the following email addresses: fay.ignacio@psrti.gov.ph and zedric.ganan@psrti.gov.ph
