The complimentary course on Interactive Dashboards: Transforming Data into Dynamic Insights Using MS Power BI was conducted for the Regional Statistics Committee (RSC) of MIMAROPA on May 14–16, 2025 at the PSRTI Conference Hall in Quezon City. A total of 45 representatives from various member agencies of RSC MIMAROPA participated in the 3-day course, which aimed to enhance their capacity in data analysis and visualization through Microsoft Power BI.

The training was facilitated by Mr. Christopher E. Mojica and Mr. Eduard C. Gatus of the PSRTI Training Division. Participants engaged in a series of lectures, guided exercises, and hands-on workshops covering data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and creating interactive dashboards. Executive Director III Josefina V. Almeda, PhD, delivered both the Welcome and Closing Remarks, while RSC Vice Chairperson and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) MIMAROPA Regional Director Leni R. Rioflorindo gave the Opening Message. The Closing Message was delivered via video by Dr. Agustin C. Mendoza, RSC Chairperson and Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev) MIMAROPA Regional Director.
