This is the last capacity-building commitments by the PSRTI under the Regional Broiler and Swine Information and Early Warning System for Cordillera Administrative Region (RBSI-EWS CAR) Phase 1. The project with PSA-CAR consisted of four components namely: (i) ground monitoring or improved data collection methods, (ii) database development/enhancement, (iii) statistical capacity building of personnel, and (iv) publication and information dissemination through print and webpage. Training was held 20-23 January 2015, with the venue at Dad’s Place and Restaurant, Bokawkan Road, Baguio City.

In this training, the participants were given extensive workshops on making, drafting and presenting statistical reports to be used in the broiler and swine situationer reports. A total of 23 participants from the PSA-DA CAR agencies and provincial offices/units attended. Resource Person is Dr. Nancy Añez Tandang and training coordinator is Ana Macaraig.
