Still part of the capacity-building engagement with the PSA under the Harmonized Learning and Development Program for its Personnel,  the training is attended by 25 participants from the Central, Regional, and Local offices of the PSA, and held on November 11-15, 2019 at the PSRTI Training Room 1, Quezon City.

As an advanced course, done progressively from the Data Visualization using Infographics module, the training capacitates participants with the tools and techniques to present statistical information through the use of moving graphics presented in video format. The course includes discussions and hands-on workshops in the stages of storyline development and script writing, animation, and basics of video production.

The customized training course is conducted by Prof. Sarah Bernadette M. Aracid of the UP Los Baños Institute of Statistics and Mr. Jeo Adam S. Paz, Creative Director and Founder of Nifty Hero Multimedia Services. They are assisted by Mr. Mark Andrew Labrador, Director of Animation, also from Nifty Hero Multimedia Services.
