In response to an exceptionally high volume of enrollees, the Regular Training Course (RTC) on Microsoft Excel for Database Management and Dashboard Preparation was conducted in three simultaneous face-to-face sections from July 7–10, 2025, at the PSRTI Training Rooms. A total of 88 participants from various government offices and private institutions attended the training, demonstrating the strong demand for practical Excel skills in data management and visualization.

To accommodate all participants, the course was divided into Sections A, B, and C, each held in separate training rooms. Mr. Primitivo Warren C. Garcera led Section A in the Ceferino S. Sinsioco Room, Mr. Elpidio C. Nogales Jr. facilitated Section B in the Gervacio G. Selda Room, and Ms. Reanne Len C. Arlan handled Section C in the Zita VJ. Albacea Room. Participants engaged in hands-on exercises aimed at enhancing their proficiency in organizing data, utilizing Excel functions, and creating effective dashboards for analysis and reporting.

All three batches opened and concluded with messages from Executive Director III Josefina V. Almeda, PhD, who emphasized the importance of strengthening technical skills for evidence-based planning and data-driven governance.
