The Complimentary Training Course on Interactive Dashboards: Transforming Data into Dynamic Insights Using MS Power BI was conducted from July 8–10, 2025, at Hotel Costa Brava in Tacloban City for 33 representatives of the Regional Statistics Committee (RSC) member-agencies in Region VIII.

The Resource Persons were Mr. Christopher E. Mojica and Mr. Eduard C. Gatus of the PSRTI Training Division, with Mr. Arthur Pecaso serving as training assistant. The course aimed to build participants’ skills in developing interactive dashboards to support data-driven analysis and decision-making.

The event opened with welcome remarks from PSRTI Executive Director III Josefina V. Almeda, PhD, followed by an opening message from Ms. Mae B. Almonte, Chief Statistical Specialist of the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office (PSA-RSSO) VIII. The training concluded with closing remarks from Ms. Wilma A. Perante, Regional Director of PSA-RSSO VIII, who expressed her gratitude to PSRTI for its continued support in strengthening the RSCs and highlighted the importance of data visualization in enhancing regional statistical operations.
