The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Seminar 6 on Interactive Dashboards Using Google Sheets was successfully conducted for Batch 2 of Region VI from April 28 to 30, 2025 via Zoom. The training gathered 207 participants from various National Government Agencies (NGAs) and Local Government Units (LGUs), including the Provincial Government Office (PGO), to strengthen their data visualization skills in support of SDG monitoring and reporting.

The seminar’s Resource Persons were Mr. Ares Amable Parales and Ms. Carmela T. Arabis of the PSRTI Training Division. Through a series of guided lectures and hands-on sessions, participants learned how to create interactive dashboards using Google Sheets, equipping them with practical tools for evidence-based decision-making at the local and regional levels.

Executive Director III Josefina V. Almeda, PhD, delivered the Opening Remarks, emphasizing the importance of data in sustainable development planning. The Closing Remarks were shared by Ms. Maria Praxedes R. Peña on behalf of Dr. Almeda, and Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) VI Regional Director Juan Jovian E. Ingeniero, CESO III, both of whom commended the participants’ engagement and highlighted the continued need for capacity-building initiatives to localize the SDGs.
