In the recently concluded 2015 Annual Conference of the Philippine Statistical Association Inc., the PSRTI acted as an active partner to ensure the success of the conference.

Aside from being a sponsor, the PSRTI also supported the PSAI Secretariat in facilitating the sessions. On the technical side, the PSRTI’s Executive Directors served as session chair in the “Statistical Methods” while three other PSRTI staff presented their papers on other sessions during conference. These are: ‘’Assessment of Energy Consumption Patterns and Savings of Residential and Non-Residential Sectors Using the Survey on the Application, Implementation and Use of Energy Efficient Lighting Systems’; ‘’Conduct of Training on Statistical Quality Management Towards Implementation of National Quality Assurance Frameworks for Asia and the Pacific: Experiences and Challenges,’’; and, “Supply-Demand Matching for Food Security in the Philippines focusing on Broiler Meat and Pork: An LPI-EWS Output”.
